Is this a subscription?
No. Every package is a one-time payment for one press release. Come back whenever you have news, and book multiple releases up front for lower per-release rates.
What happens after I pay?
Your release enters our queue: we review it editorially, submit it to the distribution network for your package, and deliver a placement report with live links when it's done.
Can you write the release for me?
The guided builder gets you 95% of the way. It asks plain-English questions and assembles a correctly formatted release. The Authority and Expanded packages include a press release written by our team.
How long does distribution take?
Typically 3–5 business days from submission, depending on package. If you set a future announcement date, we hold and honor it.
Do you guarantee placements?
Yes, contractually. If your release isn't published on your package's minimum number of outlets, you get a full refund. On Expanded, we additionally guarantee at least 2 AI answer citations or your money back. What no one can honestly guarantee is editorial pickup, meaning a journalist choosing to write their own story. Be wary of services that claim otherwise.
